1.   Basic Sterilization (Autoclave) Techniques and Processes:
This is a specialized program to demonstrate knowledge at interviews of some essentials on
sterilization, the use of an autoclave, preparing pouches and packs. Also, involves operation of a
state-of-the-art autoclave equipment.

2.        Surgical Instrumentation and Clinical Supplies:
This is a more involved specialized program to demonstrate knowledge at interviews of some
essential instrumentation used in surgery.

3.        Operating Room (O.R.) Protocol:
This is a more involved specialized program to demonstrate knowledge at interviews of aseptic
techniques, scrubbing for procedures, certain sterile gloving techniques, surgical attire, help with
circulating or “hand-off” supplies and instruments in procedures or in a surgical suite-like
atmosphere.

4.        Reception:
This is a specialized program to demonstrate knowledge at interviews of greeting clients,
answering phones and some basics on arranging appointments with clients. It includes essentials
on initial intake and in the front office and protocol for taking clients to treatment room areas for
providers.

5.        Tutorial Training Program for Advance CNA Training

6.        Procedure Instructions:
This is a more specialized program to demonstrate knowledge at interviews of reviewing certain
paperwork with clients essential for procedures providers perform, such as witness an Written
Informed Consent Agreement for Procedure(s), pre-op, post-op, and other client instructions to
assist healthcare providers and client advocacy.

7.        T.B.A.:
This is a special program for First Aid, C.P.R. and/or Basic Life Support (BLS).
